Mark Morales of the The Wall Street Journal reports on Sunday’s counterterrorism drill, in which the NYPD’s Critical Response Command, Strategic Response Group, and Emergency Service Unit joined the FDNY and EMS came together to test themselves using a simulated attack that involved explosive devices, gunmen, and drone-delivered chemical weapons.
The drill was the ninth major inter-agency drill since 2014.
