USS Arlington Sailors and Marines participate in Arctic Circle ceremony

While on deployment off the coast of Iceland, the crew of USS Arlington and Marines from the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit became members of the Order of the Blue Nose, a Naval tradition celebrating passage into the Arctic Circle.

Navy’s East Coast amphibious fleet completes move to Virginia

Our friends aboard USS ARLINGTON have moved their homeport to Norfolk, Virginia. ARLINGTON is the ship that was built to serve in honor of the 184 people killed in the 9/11 terrorist attacks who were aboard Flight 77 or in the Pentagon, reports Dave Ress for the Daily Press.
