Memorial held for Pearl River NYPD Officer Patrick McGovern who died from WTC cancer

NYPD Officer Patrick McGovern, 43, died of World Trade Center-related cancer earlier this year. Now he is being honored by his town of Pearl River with a street renaming in his honor, reports News 12.
