How ‘angels’ from 9/11 are rebuilding lives in hurricane-ravaged Puerto Rico

A band of police officers, construction workers and firefighters with links to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, Heart 9/11, are making repairs in Hurricane Maria-ravaged Puerto Rico.
