A memorial was held this morning at the Lower Manhattan bike path near the West Side Highway where eight people were murdered and 11 injured by a terrorist with a truck on this day two years ago, reports ABC News 7.
The terrorist who killed them claimed allegiance to ISIS. He will be tried on April 13, 2020.
