In the November 10, 2015 issue of the Chief Leader, Sarah Dorsey details the new Goodlatte bill that could destroy the renewal of the Zadroga Act. Goodlatte’s bill limits benefits to 5 years and allocates very little money to healthcare for those sickened by the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. Goodlatte wrote his bill without consulting a single 9/11 community member and without concern for their issues. The article also discusses the November 3 rally in support of the renewal of the Zadroga Act.
