Greenwich, CT 911 memorial should be open by end of next week

On November 10, 2015, Greenwich Time‘s Robert Marchant wrote that the new September 11th Memorial in Cos Cob Park in Greenwich, CT should be opening later this week.

The memorial was dedicated on the 14th anniversary of the terrorist attacks, but at that time it was not quite complete.

Barring rain, the memorial should be completed and opened this week. Ironically, much of the final work was weatherproofing.
