Work resumes on Greek church at Ground Zero

It is not yet visible, but work on the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church and National Shrine has resumed after a long hiatus. The construction has been halted due to lack of funding, reports Melissa Klein of the NY Post.

Exterior screens are being made in Minnesota for the new church.

The original church was destroyed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
