SGB: A possible breakthrough treatment for PTSD

A new therapy called stellate-ganglion block or SGB, which is a fast-acting shot to a nerve cluster in the neck, could be an important new treatment for PTSD.

Bill Whitaker of 60 Minutes sat in on a treatment and spoke to many veterans who say it is very helpful, which is good news, as most PTSD treatments are not very effective.
