Retired NYPD Lieutenant needs a kidney – type O blood

Retired NYPD Lieutenant Scott Lacobs is starting dialysis soon and needs a new kidney.

He is blood type O+ and can accept a kidney from a donor with either O+ or O- blood.

The transplant will be done at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, as Lt. Lacobs lives in Palm Beach County, Florida, but donors can be tested anywhere. If you match, you’ll be flown to Miami for free.
