Retired FDNY members honor teen burn survivor

The Florida-based FDNY 343 Memorial Club, composed of retired FDNY members, have honored Parker Rowell, a 15-year-old boy who suffered severe burns in an accident, reports Andrea Davis for the Daily Sun.

Members of the group, including its president, retired FDNY FF Bob Kane, visited Parker and gave him a dragon boat racing jersey and invited him to their September 11th ceremony.
