Michael McAuliff in The Huffington Post on December 6, 2015 writes about FF Ray Pfeifer, who has stage 4 cancer he contracted at the World Trade Center recovery effort. Pfeifer brought prayer cards of his dead colleagues to Washington to try to persuade Congress to reauthorize the Zadroga Act.
