Two years after his arrest, Conrad Sipa has been indicted on charges that he killed Richard Doody, Jr., a retired FDNY firefighter, in 2015. Sipa, 52,  could be sentenced to 30 years to life if convicted of the murder, writes Sergio Bichao.

Richard Doody, Jr. responded to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 and worked at the site during the recovery effort.
