[St. Louis] architect lauded for One World Trade Center work

Angelo Arzano, who was working four blocks from the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, the day the towers were brought down by terrorists, is now a recipient of Engineering News-Record “Best of the Best” for his work as senior project architect on the new One World Trade Center, wrote Joe Holleman of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch on March 18, 2016.
