A federal court will hear the Boston Marathon bomber’s death sentence appeal on December 12, 2019.
Prosecutors and defense will each have one hour to state their case.
The 2015 conviction and death sentence for the surviving bomber was for bombing the finish line of the 2013 Boston Marathon, killing three people and injuring more than 260, reports CBS Boston.
