Boston Bruins hit links to raise funds in honor of Mark Bavis, former BU hockey player killed on 9/11

Many present and former Boston Bruins players went golfing for a good cause, honoring Mark Bavis, a hockey player and scout who was killed aboard United Airlines Flight 175 during the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.

The Mark Bavis Leadership Foundation runs the golf outing annually to raise funds for their scholarship program which has donated more than a million dollars in scholarships since its inception, reports Trey Daerr for WHDH.
