Basking in a New Holiday Glow, No Evergreen Needed

An article by James Barron in the November 29, 2015 New York Times describes the new display of holiday lights in the Winter Garden downtown. In an attempt to complement Rockefeller Center, 650 computer-controlled glowing “luminoids” will decorate the beloved Winter Garden.
