A year after the Hudson Greenway terror attack, lives and landscapes are altered

A year since the terrorist attack on the Hudson River Greenway bike path, increased security has been established at many pedestrian and bike areas throughout the city.

 Zolan Kanno-Youngs of the Wall Street Journal spoke to family members of victims, lower Manhattan residents, politicians, and bike riders and heard a variety of opinions on how life has changed since October 31, 2017.
