In copyright case, judge evaluates use of 9/11 footage in 16 films

Photojournalist Anthony Fioranelli took footage of the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center. His footage has been used in a number of films. He filed suit in 2015, reports Eriq Gardner for the Hollywood Reporter.
