The September 11th Memorial in Heisler Park in Laguna Beach, CA has been vandalized for the third time since its installation in 2012. “Semper Memento” (Always Remember), two leaning beams from the World Trade Center with a silver sphere in the center, was dented by a large object recently.
Other public artworks have been vandalized of late, but the sculptor of the memorial is beginning to wonder if the memorial is being targeted, wrote Daniella Walsh, in The Indy.
