September 11th survivor has second brush with terror

On September 11, 2001, Patrick Anderson survived the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center, escaping from 3 World Trade Center, the Marriott Hotel. On March 13, 2016, he was on the street in Ankara where  a car bomb killed at least 34 people, reports Candice Williams in The Detroit News on March 15, 2016.
