9/11 companies and first responders build children’s bicycles for charity

For the 9/11 Tribute Museum’s annual Bike Build, employees of companies affected by the September 11 terror attacks and NYC’s police officers and firefighters built 500 bicycles for children of deployed military personnel as part of the 9/11 Day of Service and Remembrance, reports Tina Moore for the NY Post.

Hundreds of workers filled the World Trade Center Oculus to build the bikes, which will be distributed this year to children of families in the Joint Special Operations Communications Unit at Fort Bragg, N.C.
