A September 11th mural in West Haven, CT has been damaged by paintball-shooting vandals for the second time in two weeks.
The culprits, who are unknown at this time, have also damaged homes and cars, report Roger Susanin, Rob Polansky for WFSB.
Fred Moran, the artist responsible for the mural, joined with other artists to repair the damage.
