Federal Judge Alvin Hellerstein has rejected a lawsuit by World Trade Center Properties LLC that sought $14 million of a settlement between its insurer, QBE Insurance Group Ltd, and the airlines affected by the terrorist attacks of 9/11, reports Brendan Pierson for Reuters.
The decision ended years of legal wrangling.
