Judd is eligible to go because her name came up in the lottery.
Christine Egan, 55, was visiting her younger brother, Michael Egan, at his office on the 105th floor of the South Tower of the World Trade Center. He worked for Aon. Both were killed when terrorists flew United Flight 175 into the tower.
