Widow of 9/11 hero still waiting for payment promised under new Missouri law

The widow of Dr. Christopher J. Bosche, who died of site-related illness in 2017, is waiting for the law named for her husband to compensate her.

The Missouri law, which passed in August, grants surviving spouses of those who die from World Trade Center-related illness a three-year refund of state income tax. Mrs. Bosche has not seen this benefit, report Kevin Killeen and Sam Masterson of KMOX.
