Vietnam veteran seeks post-9/11 memorial for US combat troops

Jan Scruggs, the Vietnam veteran who was a major reason the Vietnam Veterans’ Memorial Wall was built, is now calling for a memorial on the Mall in Washington for the post-9/11 combat veterans. Julie Watson of the Associated Press wrote about his mission on Veteran’s Day, November 11, 2015.
