University of Minnesota vows to honor 9/11 victims after outcry over student vote

Officials from the University of Minnesota announced on the 16th of November that the University will honor  victims of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, after  a student group voted against holding a moment of silence in honor of the victims.
