After nearly two decades of illness, death and struggle, H.R. 1327: the Never Forget the Heroes: James Zadroga, Ray Pfeifer, and Luis Alvarez Permanent Authorization of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund Act is law.
Today a bill was signed into law allocating money for the September 11 Victim Compensation Fund through 2092, basically ensuring that those sickened by debris from World Trade Center wreckage will receive care, reports NBC News.
