The 69th floor at 4 World Trade Center is now spray painted with graffiti as part of a project by Robert Marcucci, a creative consultant working for Larry Silverstein, the developer of 4 WTC, writes James Barron of the New York Times.
The floor is one of those that will be rented by Spotify. The company plans to keep at least some of the paintings.
