Three GOP Congress members back Zadroga Act renewal after Rep. Bob Goodlatte gets called an ‘a—hole’

On November 3, 2015 in the New York Daily News, Jennifer Fermino writes about the three new Congress members who signed on to support permanent renewal of the Zadroga Act after a rally in New York blasting the competing “drop dead” bill proposed by Congressman Goodlatte. Goodlatte consulted no one from the September 11th community for his bill, which ends in 5 years with only limited funds for the 5 years. See the article here.

Currently, support for the real Zadroga Act stands at 62 Senators and 244 Representatives.
