The terrorist arc from 9/11 to the bike path killings

The site of the former World Trade Center has always been a terrorist target. Since the attacks of 9/11, it has been feared that the area would be attacked again. Now that another attack has taken place, Mike Kelly of the NJ Record spoke with families of those killed in the September 11th terrorist attacks, residents of Lower Manhattan, and tourists visiting the 9/11 Memorial about the memories of 9/11 the Halloween truck terrorist attack raised.
