The man in charge of the skies remembers 9/11

Benedict L. Sliney is now retired from the Air Traffic Control Systems Command where on his first day on the job there as  national operations manager, he closed down national air space due to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, reports Karen B. Hunter of The Sandwich Enterprise.
