The teen who eluded security and scaled 1 World Trade Center in March was nabbed again, the Jersey Journal reported Tuesday.

Daredevil Justin Casquejo, 16, of Weehawken, N.J., was arrested September 17 at his town’s water tower, The Journal said, citing an anonymous source.
