Staten Island’s 9/11 memorials help maintain memories

NY1’s Amanda Farinacci reported on the September 11th memorials of Staten Island on August 30, 2016, speaking to people who help tend Angels’ Circle and Postcards.

274 Staten Islanders were killed in the terrorist attacks of Septemnber 11, 2001.
