Soundbreaking and speakers slated for Flight 93 commemoration

Ceremonies marking the 16th anniversary of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 will include a “soundbreaking” for the final piece of the Flight 93 National Memorial – a 93-foot-high windchime with a bell for each of the 40 voices silenced aboard United Flight 93, writes Michelle Ganassi in the Daily American.

The Tower of Voices is expected to be finished in time for the 17th anniversary, September 11, 2018.

The article offers advice to those attending the soundbreaking and the anniversary commemoration itself.
