Volunteer firefighters from Smithtown have donated fire equipment to the Terry Farrell Firefighters Fund, which will deliver them to fire departments in the areas of Kentucky destroyed by tornado last month.
The Terry Farrell Firefighters Fund was founded by Terry’s brother Brian Farrell after FDNY Captain Terry Farrell was killed in the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center.
Donated supplies will be taken to Kentucky by Brian Farrell and volunteers this week, reports Michael DeSantis for the Smithtown Patch.
