A pair of brothers have been arrested in London and accused of plotting a terrorist attack to take place on the streets of Britain, in the manner of the recent Paris attacks, Martin Evans and Ben Farmer report in the Telegraph
The plot was “significant’ and more elaborate than the customary “lone wolf” attack.
