A group of firefighters recently reunited at the Pentagon, where they worked together fifteen years ago after terrorists flew American Flight 77 into the building, murdering 184 people, writes Kathy Stewart of WTOP.
Members of Virginia Task Force 1 and the Alexandria Fire Department came back, some of them for the first time, to the site of the attack to teach young members of their departments.
“It’s tough to wrap your head around what we did here if you weren’t here,” said Alexandria Fire Chief Robert Dubé.
