On October 13, 2015, the Police Department unveiled 18 names added to the memorial wall at Battery Park City, including Detectives Angel A. Creagh, Dennis E. Guerra, Michael R. Henry, Steven Hom, Wen Jian Liu, John J. Marshall, Robert A. Montanez, Rafael L. Ramos, Christopher Strucker, and William B. Titus, Jr. To date, the Department has lost 106 members of all ranks as a result of 9/11 related illness. This includes 29 Detectives, with another six Detectives pending official LOD designation.
