Pleasant Plains volunteer fire department builds Memorial from 9/11 steel

Pleasant Plains Volunteer Fire Department has built a memorial to those killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 using a 1,500-pound piece of steel from the World Trade Center, reports Sara Grillo of Micromedia Publications. The new memorial was unveiled on Memorial Day.

The memorial resembles the Twin Towers.
