A plaque was unveiled on September 10, 2022 to mark the 150th anniversary of the Staten Island Cricket Club at their 21st annual 9/11 memorial match, reports Jillian Delaney of the Staten Island Advance.
The Club’s 9/11 memorial match honors Sushil S. Solanki, 35, a cricketer with the club who was killed in the terrorist attacks of 9/11 while working for Cantor Fitzgerald.
