Part of Connecticut Ave. renamed for Trooper First Class Walter Greene who died from 9/11-related illness

Norwalk, CT has renamed part of its Connecticut Avenue Trooper First Class Walter Greene Memorial Highway, in honor of Trooper Greene who died of World Trade Center-related cancer in May 2018.

Greene worked for the Connecticut State Police for nearly thirty years. He also served as a United States Marine, reports News 12.
