NYPD Chaplain Reverend Dr. Luis F. Serrano, 68, died of pancreatic cancer on October 23, 2016, reports John Annese in the New York Daily News.
Shortly before his death, the chaplain, upon noticing a nurse at his hospital was pregnant, insisted on blessing her child.
