3 World Trade Center is scheduled to open on June 6, 2018. The 80-story building designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners will be the fifth-highest building in New York City, reports Nikki M. Mascali for Metro.

3WTC’s anchor tenant will be UK ad agency GroupM, which will use 14 floors.
