Murdered on 9/11 — NYC’s only unsolved killing the day the twin towers fell

Henryk Siwiak, 46, was in lower Manhattan on September 11, 2001. That night, he was murdered in the only NYC unsolved homicide from that day, report Kerry Burke and Rocco Parascandola for the New York Daily News.

 Detective George Harvey, who was on the case at the time, told reporters, “I believe somebody knows something in regards to that night.”
