Caitlin Nelson died too young — a month before her 21st birthday — and helped other people even after death, like PAPD Police Officer James Nelson, her father, who was killed during the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center report Elizabeth Keough and Larry McShane in the New York Daily News.
Nelson’s funeral was held at St. Helen’s Church in Westfield, N.J. She died last Sunday after choking during a charity eating contest.
At her wish, Nelson’s kidneys and lungs were donated.
