More September 11 victims who sued the Taliban want frozen Afghan funds

Lawyers are squabbling over which groups of family members of those killed in the 9/11 terrorist attacks can attempt to seize $7 billion in Afghan funds currently deposited in New York’s Federal Reserve, reports Charlie Savage for the New York Times.
