Memorials mark third anniversary of Marathon bombings

On April 15, 2016, the third anniversary of the Boston Marathon bombings, were marked with wreath layings, community service, and a moment of silence at 2:49pm,

Lingzi Lu, Krystle Campbell and Martin Richard were killed in the blasts. Police Officer Sean Collier was shot by the terrorists a few days later. Hundreds were maimed and traumatized in the bombing.
