Maryland man constructs bell honoring Maryland residents killed on 9/11

Chuck Ritz of Essex, Maryland has made a rolling memorial to honor the Maryland victims of the September 11th terrorist attacks and to honor those Maryland armed forces personnel killed since 9/11.

The memorial, a bell bearing 214 names, will make its first appearance at the Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens for Memorial Day and then will travel around the state, reports CBS Baltimore’s Mike Schuh.
